Separate an electrical fault from a failing cylinder
When a geyser stops heating, the cylinder itself may not need replacement. A disconnected supply, failed thermostat or element can prevent heating while the water vessel remains sound. Conversely, a leaking cylinder or faulty safety valve is a plumbing issue and should not be treated as an electrical component swap. We ask whether hot water stopped suddenly, whether a breaker trips, whether the geyser leaks and whether other circuits work normally. This helps plan the right trade attendance and avoids guessing from symptoms.
