Separate private-unit problems from common-property faults
A dripping mixer inside one flat may belong to the unit owner, while a leaking riser or shared pressure booster can affect an entire block. Before scheduling, we help the customer identify the likely boundary of responsibility and the person authorised to approve work. This avoids an unnecessary whole-building shutoff for a local fixture problem. Useful starting information includes the unit number, affected floors, available isolation valves, signs of water on common walls and whether neighbouring flats report the same symptom.
